Purposes of Processing Personal Data

If you complete the contact form on our website, your personal data is processed solely for conducting communications regarding the Company’s enterprise software solutions, managing customer relations, following up requests and complaints, and responding to your questions, suggestions and information requests.

Collection Method and Legal Ground

Personal data submitted through the contact form is collected automatically in electronic form through the form fields on our website. It is processed on the legal ground under Article 5 of the KVKK that “processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

Categories and Types of Personal Data

The following personal data may be processed through the contact form:

• Identity information: Name and surname
• Contact information: Email address and telephone number
• Corporate information: Company name
• Message details: Your request, question and any other personal data you choose to include in the message

Transfer of Personal Data

For the purposes described above, and subject to the conditions under Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, personal data and transaction-security data collected through the contact form may be transferred to competent public authorities where legally required and to authorized providers of form security, spam prevention, email delivery, server hosting and information-technology services. Where a provider’s infrastructure is located outside Türkiye, the transfer will take place only where an appropriate safeguard or another lawful transfer condition under Article 9 of the Law is available.

Rights of the Data Subject

Under Article 11 of the Law, data subjects have the right to:

• Learn whether their personal data is processed;
• Request information if their personal data has been processed;
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in accordance with that purpose;
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in Türkiye or abroad;
• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data and notification of that correction to recipients;
• Request deletion or destruction where the reasons requiring processing have ceased and notification of that action to recipients;
• Object to an outcome against the person arising exclusively from automated analysis; and
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

Application to the Data Controller

You may submit requests relating to these rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller:

• By personally delivering a signed petition, or sending it through a notary public, to Esentepe Mah. Harman 1 Sk. Duran İş Merkezi, No 4A Şişli/Istanbul, Türkiye; or
• By email to info@ent-robot.com.

Applications are concluded free of charge as soon as possible and no later than 30 days. Where an additional cost is required, a fee may be charged under the tariff determined by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
